GEMSEARCH is an online shop for fashion jewellery, watch straps and the boxes, trays and rolls that keep them safe. It is run by GEMSEARCH LIMITED, a company registered in Scotland.
01What we sell
Earrings, necklaces and pendants, rings and bracelets in gold-tone and silver-tone alloy and stainless steel, some set with glass stones or simulated glass pearls. Replacement watch straps in silicone, nylon and leather-look polyurethane, each in 18, 20 and 22 mm. And jewellery storage: boxes, travel rolls, trays, pouches and gift boxes.
This is fashion jewellery. It is made to be worn, enjoyed and changed often, at prices from US$8.00 to US$36.00. It is not fine jewellery, and we never describe it as if it were.
02How we describe things
Every product lists what it is made of. Gold-tone and silver-tone describe a colour, not a metal: our pieces contain no gold or silver. Our stones are glass, and our pearls are simulated glass pearls. Our leather-look straps are polyurethane. If a detail is not certain, we leave it out rather than guess.
Product images are illustrations of each item. We keep them as close to the real piece as we can; if something you receive does not match its description, you can return it at our cost.
03How orders reach you
We work with suppliers who hold the stock and ship each order from their fulfilment centres. That means your parcel may come from outside your country, and several items may arrive separately. Every parcel is tracked. Dispatch and delivery estimates for each region are on the Shipping & delivery page, and we will always tell you if an order is delayed.
04What we will not do
- Show reviews that were not written by real customers, or pay for reviews.
- Show a “was” price that the item was never sold at.
- Use countdown timers or invented stock warnings to rush you.
- Claim properties we cannot prove, such as “hypoallergenic” or “waterproof”.
