Use this form to tell us you are withdrawing from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to give a reason. After you confirm, we send an acknowledgement to your e-mail address straight away.

Enter your name, the e-mail address used for the order and your order number. List the items if you are only withdrawing from part of the order.
Select Confirm withdrawal. We e-mail you an acknowledgement straight away, with the date and time we received your notice.

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. After you withdraw, send the items back within 14 days; we will give you the return address. We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, or proof that you sent them. The full terms are on Your right to cancel.
