01Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods delivered separately, it expires 14 days after you receive the last of them.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us — GEMSEARCH LIMITED, trading as GEMSEARCH, e-mail support@gemsearc.shop, telephone +44 7834736644, postal address on our Legal information page — of your decision by a clear statement (for example an e-mail or letter). You can use the online withdrawal function or the model form below, but it is not obligatory. If you use the online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the cancellation period has expired.

02Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send back the goods to the return address we give you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

03Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This applies to pierced earrings removed from their sealed bag. It does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

04Model cancellation form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel the contract.

Our 30-day returns policy gives you longer than the legal minimum; the legal right above applies in any case.
