01Currencies

Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). You can also view and pay in euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Canadian dollars (CAD) or Australian dollars (AUD) using the currency selector at the top or bottom of every page.

• Converted prices use fixed exchange rates that we review from time to time: 1 USD = 0.86 EUR · 1 USD = 0.75 GBP · 1 USD = 1.38 CAD · 1 USD = 1.52 AUD.
• Converted prices are rounded to end in .49 or .99. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are converted the same way.
• The currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged in, and the total shown is the amount taken. We do not add a currency conversion fee. Your card issuer may apply its own fee if your card is in a different currency.

02Paying

• The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken when you place your order.
• Card details are entered with the payment service provider and are not stored on this website.
• Your statement will show GEMSEARCH.

03Taxes

Prices shown do not include any import VAT, customs duty or carrier fee that your country may charge on delivery. See Shipping & delivery for details.

04Promotions and prices

• We do not currently run discount codes or sales.
• If we ever show a reduced price, the earlier price shown will be the lowest price at which we sold that item in the 30 days before the reduction.
• If we make an obvious error in a price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
