Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide with tracking. Orders are dispatched from our suppliers’ fulfilment centres, which may be outside your country.
01Rates and delivery times
All orders are sent with tracking. Rates are shown in your selected currency (AUD). The free-shipping threshold is based on the value of the goods in your basket.

Dispatch takes 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. The delivery estimates above start from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
02Where your order ships from
We do not run our own warehouse. Our suppliers hold the stock and ship orders from their fulfilment centres, which may be outside your country. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days; you only pay shipping once.
We e-mail your tracking number when the order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.
03Import VAT, duties and fees
Because parcels can be sent from outside your country, your country may charge import VAT, customs duty or a carrier handling fee on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are paid by the recipient.
- United States. Imported parcels no longer benefit from a low-value duty exemption, so duty may apply to any order.
- European Union. Import VAT is due on all imported goods, and from 1 July 2026 a customs duty applies to low-value parcels as well.
- United Kingdom and elsewhere. Import VAT, duty or fees may apply depending on the value and origin of the parcel.
If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we will refund the goods once the parcel is returned to the sender, minus any return charges the carrier makes to us. The original shipping is refunded only within your 14-day cancellation period.
04Delays and missing parcels
- If we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated, we will e-mail you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
- If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimate for your region, contact us. We will trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund if it cannot be found.
- Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, we can resend it once the new shipping cost is paid.
05Where we do not deliver
We do not sell or ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, or to regions subject to comprehensive UK, EU or US sanctions. Some remote territories may not be reachable by our carriers; if that affects your address, we will contact you before dispatch.
